The Drunken Clock animated screensaver starts-up with an Icicle-faced moving clock that "ticks" like a Grandfather Clock as it moves about your screen. The ever-moving clock face appears distorted as if you were viewing it while under water. The program allows for background changes as well as other appearance and behavior options including support for skins. You can write your own text message, which will run as a ticker.
